The Japanese Government has decided that the enemy is getting too close to Durandal, the powerful intact relic kept at the bottom of the Abyss. They want to move it to a secure location, which means transporting by car. But the Noise are sure to notice, which means a high-speed car chase through a dangerous chemical plant.

As Hibiki is spending more and more time fighting the Noise, it means less time for her studies and less time for her friends. Miku is feeling alone and isolated, but she makes a promise with Hibiki to go get some snacks after school. But when school ends, Hibiki gets another call...

Hibiki and Tsubasa work together to defeat Chris, who runs away. But now Miku has seen Hibiki fighting, and she's very upset that Hibiki's been keeping secrets...

Miku is still upset that Hibiki didn't tell her about the Symphogear. She starts skipping school and binging on Okonomiyaki, but she's caught outside during another Noise attack...

Chris is alone and scared, and cut off from anyone who could help her. She's living out of an abandoned building in the evacuated zone, when she's met by an unlikely friend. Meanwhile, Tsubasa has recovered enough to start fighting again. To celebrate her return, Hibiki decides to take her on a date!

Chris finally joins Division 2, and she brings with her valuable information: the name of the project that Finé is working on. But before they can get there to stop her, four massive flying Noise appear in the skies over Tokyo.

Kadingir is complete, and Finé's master plan is revealed. She's going to shoot a giant rail gun at the moon, and blow it up!

Hibiki goes out of control, and Tsubasa is defeated by Finé. Everything looks lost when Miku reactivates the power to the school, and the other students start singing the anthem over the speakers...

With their new unlimited gears, the Symphogear wielders easily defeat Finé's legions of Noise. But Finé has a final plan: Absorb the Noise and become a huge, laser-shooting monster!

Over a hundred days after the Lunar Attack, Hibiki and Chris are carrying the Staff of Solomon to an American military base. The train they're on is suddenly attacked by Noise, and the Noise seems to be being controlled.

Maria summons Noise and attacks Tsubasa at the Queens of Music concert. If Tsubasa wants to transform and fight back, it will mean revealing to the entire world that she is a Symphogear wielder.

Headquarters tracks Finé's base to an abandoned hospital outside town. When the Symphogear wielders attack the base, their powers are weakened by a strange red gas, and they are attacked by a monster which doesn't seem to be a Noise...

Maria and Tsubasa fight a battle on top of the Section 2 submarine. After Maria escapes, the wielders return for the school cultural fair. Chris is drafted into a singing competition, but just as she's about to win, a surprise challenger appears.

Kirika and Shirabe sing "Orbital Beat" at the school singing competition. Not wanting to fight them at the school, the wielders agree to fight a duel at another place. But when they arrive, instead of the girls they find Dr. Ver.

After being seriously injured by the Nephilim, Hibiki is unable to control her Symphogear. She flies into a rage, destroying the Nephilim and ripping out its heart. During the post-fight medical exam, it's discovered that if she continues to use her gear, she'll die.

Kirika and Shirabe attempt to recover Dr. Ver so that he can treat their mom. They run into Hibiki, whose fusion has progressed to the point where she can touch a Noise with her bare hands. Dr. Ver injects them with a LiNKER boost, and they attempt to use their Superb Songs, which might kill them.

The Moon is going to crash into the Earth, and there is no way to stop it. Finé's plan has been to raise the floating continent of Frontier in order to survive, but they lack the needed technology. They attempt to make a deal with the American government, which betrays them instead. Ver's Noise intervene to save them, but Hibiki is nearby, and she's forced to transform to survive.

Miku is missing after the explosion at the Sky Tower, but there's hope she might still be alive. Despite the danger, the wielders decide to try and recover her from Finé's clutches.

Dr. Ver arms Miku with a Symphogear, both in order to raise Frontier and defeat the wielders. His use of LiNKER means that any serious shocks could kill her. Hibiki tries to stop her, but she only has two minutes and forty seconds before the overload from her Gear kills her as well.

Hibiki's gear is destroyed, Chris has gone rogue, and the floating continent is raised. Only Tsubasa is left to fight Dr. Ver and the rest of Finé. With no one else to help them, Division 2 turns to Shirabe.

Dr. Ver's activation of Frontier has brought the Moon closer to crashing on to the surface. Maria and her mom have a plan to stop it, but they need the help of everyone on Earth to do it. And after everything that's happened, Maria doesn't feel like she can...

A mysterious enemy has struck simultaneously in Japan and London, where Tsubasa is performing a concert. Their power is even greater than that of the Symphogears, and they want to destroy the entire world.

The Autoscorers destroy two of the Symphogears, disabling the team. Now only Hibiki is left, and she's refusing to fight.

With most of the Symphogears destroyed, it's up to Hibiki to fight the Autoscorers. But she's scared of hurting someone, and can't sing. Will she be able to find the will to fight?

Almost every Symphogear wielder's gear is destroyed, and it seems there's no one left who can fight back. Elfnein has a plan, but before it can be carried out the Autoscorers attack S.O.N.G headquarters! It's up to Kirika and Shirabe to save the day, and they can barely transform...

The Autoscorers are attacking SONG headquarters, and there are no function Symphogears left to stop them. Kirika and Shirabe have been defeated, and Tsubasa and Chris have only one chance left: to use the new Ignite Module system and hope they can retain control.

Everyone decides to go to beach for "training". While they're having a good time, the Autoscorers attack, and Maria is forced to fight them despite her weakened state.

Hibiki is badly shaken up after her meeting with her father. She's so shaken up that even during the Autoscorer fight she can't focus properly, and Kirika and Shirabe have to protect her.

The Autoscorers' goal is revealed, and the Symphogear wielders must split up to stop them. Tsubasa visits her dad's house, while Hibiki is still uncertain about her own father.

Dr. Ver is back, and the truth behind Carol's plot is revealed. Will the Symphogear wielders be able to stop them in time?

The Symphogears travel to the moon and discover the terrible truth about the creation of the curse: It wasn't a way to harm humanity, but a way to keep it alive.

Despite Elfnein and Carol's attempt to stop her, Shem-Ha begins using the world's computer networks to have Yggdrasil cover the entire globe in a barrier. Back on the moon, Hibiki and Chris face off against Vanessa, ultimately saving her and the others from being sucked into space. However, Shem-Ha takes control of Vanessa and uses her to install a virus in the Marduk's network in order to destroy it, forcing Noble Red to use the last of their strength to send the wielders back to Earth, resulting in their deaths similar to how Saint-Germain and her friends risked their lives to save the others. With humanity working together to hold back Shem-Ha's hacking attempt, the wielders activate their X-Drive in preparation for their final battle against Shem-Ha.

As Shem-Ha brings out her final form to fight the wielders, Carol burns up her memories to protect them from Shem-Ha's attack. Shem-Ha then begins using her bio-terminal network to take control of all of humanity, but Hibiki, fueled by determination to save Miku, manages to disrupt Shem-Ha's power and finally drive her out of Miku's body. With Yggdrasil still active, Miku dons the Shénshòujìng Faust Robe and joins the others in a united Superb Song, allowing them to simultaneously destroy all the Yggdrasil cores around the world. With the world restored to normal, Hibiki and Miku tell each other their true feelings.
